Increase collaboration and participation in your meetings with this 1 tip

Silent meetings are super awkward (you know, the ones where no one talks at all)... right? 😬 and usually pretty unproductive. But I promise meetings don’t have to suck!

When no one is talking or contributing during your meetings you can almost bet there are some underground meetings* or meetings happening AFTER the meeting.

* 🚧 underground meetings... people are on their phones or in a chat with other people literally talking about this meeting DURING the meeting... it's destructive. And, unfortunately, can be common.

But team meetings and 1:1s don't have to be awkward! They CAN be collaborative, chatty, productive, and... dare I say... fun? 😇

There are so many tactics you can take to level up your meetings, but this week I cover one that I’ve seen time and time again impact team collaboration and problem solving.

☝🏼Try this one tip for better meetings and let me know how it goes!
